BB Share A Gift on 9 & 10 Dec (Fri & Sat)

To all Sec 1,2 & 3 BB Boys,
The upcoming BB Share-A-Gift on 9 & 10 Dec is for the whole 85th company. This is the last event for our BB Boys and good attendance is crucial to helping 85th to secure J M Fraser GOLD next year.

Note: Attendance is also required for achieving the Community Service Stage 1 & 2 awards.

Details:
Lunch and Dinner will be provided. Bring EZ Link Card. Bus transport to and from BBHQ will be provided.

Fall-in Time: 7:45am @ JWSS Parade Square
Attire: Full Uniform (Bring along PT kit with BB Polo tee-shirt)
Dismissal Time: 8.30pm

All Boys are reminded not to bring expensive items. Valuables are brought entirely at your own risk.

All Boys are to have their breakfast before coming for their duties.

Please note that all Boys participating in this event are to adhere to the standard hair and uniform regulation. Kindly note that Boys should report in proper uniform and with proper haircut (hair should not be artificially coloured, and should not touch the ears, eyebrows or collar. There should be no sideburns). The Duty Officer/Staff for the day may exercise discretion in disallowing Boys to participate in the duty in the event they are found to be out of attire or are found sporting an improper haircut.

All Boys are not allowed to leave the event before the overall Officer-in-charge, Mr Frederick Kwan, dismisses them. Attendance will be taken in the morning punctually and in the night. Anyone who leaves the event without permission will be subject to disciplinary action.

Pls help to disseminate this info to all BB Boys (especially those who are not in the JWSS Facebook Group).
