The Object of The Boys’ Brigade
The advancement of Christ’s Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and all that tends towards a true Christian Manliness
85th Boys’ Brigade Singapore Company is founded in 2003 by Lim Joo Ghee, the first captain for the company. This BB company is sponsored by Jurong West Secondary School (JWSS) and Faith Community Baptist Church (FCBC).
Currently, there are a total of 51 Boys, 6 officers and 3 teachers in the company. Below is the company structure:
Chaplain - Pastor William Loke
Teachers-in-charge - Mr Vincent Lim Pin Sheng,
Ms Lim Shi Ying, Ms Cindy Wong, Mr Chen Jianwen
Captain - Samuel Tan
Vice Capt - Tee Leng Teck
CSM - SGT Shannon Sim
ASM - SGT Sim Xin Wei
We hope that through interesting and enriching activities and the mentorship of committed officers and teachers, the Boys will grow in their character – transforming them from ordinary Boys to extraordinary men!

very nice idea to have the website done.. been quite some time since i drop by jwss… haha… ever since it changed to fri parade, anyway i was done a couple mths ago to assist jia feng for the drills, will be doing so again after the boys exams… to see if we are able to do a FANCY Drill, jia feng will tell u more…
